6 ounces raspberry jello mix
1 cup water
15 ounces crushed pineapple
10 ounces frozen raspberries
2 mashed bananas
Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Bring the water to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and dissolve raspberry jello mix.
  • Mix together with pineapple, raspberries and mashed bananas
  • Pour into a 9x13 glass dish.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for four hours.
  • Cut and serve with whipped topping.

This Raspberry Jello Salad could not be easier to make, and it looks so beautifully bright and festive on a holiday table.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 packages of raspberry gelatin, 3 oz (two small boxes)
2 cups boiling water
2 cups applesauce
24 ounces frozen raspberries
2 cups sour cream
2 cups mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • Pour raspberry gelatin into the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Pour boiling water over the gelatin, and stir to dissolve.
  • Add applesauce and stir.
  • Carefully add frozen raspberries, and press them down in an even layer.
  • Cover and refrigerate, 2 hours or until set.
  • An hour or two before serving, stir sour cream and mini marshmallows together and spread over the set raspberries. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

3/4 boiling water
1 pkg (3 oz Raspberry Jell-O)
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup thawed Cool Whip or Whipped Topping
Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in a large bowl and stir until gelatin has dissolved. Add berries and stir until gelatin starts to thicken slightly. Stir 1/2 cup gelatin mixture into Cool Whip with a whisk until well blended. Scoop desired amount of vanilla ice cream in individual serving dishes or large bowl. ( THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL) Spoon gelatin/Cool Whip mixture into serving dishes. Cover with remaining raspberry gelatin mixture. Pop in Freeze for 10-15 minutes so everything gets thick but not completely frozen. ENJOY!

This light and fluffy raspberry fluff is the jello salad that everyone loves!

3 cups water
3 oz package instant vanilla pudding
3 oz package instant, or cook and serve tapioca pudding
3 oz package raspberry jello
8 - 12 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed (cool whip)
1 pint fresh raspberries, plus extra for topping

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in pudding mixes and jello. Return to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, pour into a container, and cool completely.
  • Refrigerate jello mixture for several hours or overnight. Gently fold in cool whip and raspberries, being careful not to stir to vigorously. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
  • Top with additional raspberries and serve.

My husband's Aunt Kathy made this for one of our family meals and I was so impressed that I begged for the recipe! This is not your average jello salad-it's much much better! Not only does it taste wonderful but it is pretty. Appropriate for every day but beautiful enough for a holiday meal.

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (6 ounce) box raspberry Jell-O gelatin
1 cup cold water
1 (21 ounce) can raspberry pie filling
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, slightly softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Add pineapple and enough water to make 2 cups to a saucepan and heat to boil.
  • Pour over jello and stir until dissolved.
  • Add cold water and pie filling. Stir well.
  • Chill until set in a 9 x 12 dish.
  • Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and powdered sugar and mix until creamy.
  • Spread on jello.
  • Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and or fresh raspberries.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
