Virgin Raspberry Piña Colada image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 tsp. fat-free nondairy powdered creamer
1 packet natural no-calorie sweetener (like Truvia)
1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries, partially thawed
1/3 cup fat-free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/3 cup canned crushed pineapple (not drained)
1/8 tsp. coconut extract
1 1/2 cups crushed ice (or 8 - 12 ice cubes)

Steps:

  • In a very tall glass, combine creamer with sweetener. Add 2 tbsp. hot water, and stir to dissolve.
  • Transfer mixture to a blender. Add all remaining ingredients, and blend at high speed until smooth, stopping and stirring if needed. Pour and enjoy!

1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can (10 ounces) frozen nonalcoholic pina colada mix, thawed
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
2 graham cracker crusts (9 inches)
Maraschino cherries, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine first three ingredients until smooth. Fold in pineapple, coconut and nuts. Divide and pour mixture into prepared crusts. Refrigerate, covered, until firm, at least 4 hours. If desired, serve with additional whipped topping and cherries.

1/2 cup coconut milk, use full fat
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup fresh raspberry, mashed

Steps:

  • Place the fresh raspberries in a bowl and mash them using a fork. Set aside.
