SHEET-PAN RANCH PORK AND VEGGIES
Try this sheet-pan ranch pork and veggies recipe-it'll be your new go-to one pan weeknight family dinner.

- Preheat the oven to 475 ̊. Whisk the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, ranch dressing mix, black pepper and salt in a large bowl until combined. Transfer 3 tablespoons to a small bowl and set aside for brushing.
- Add the squash, zucchini, bell peppers and red onion to the large bowl with the marinade and toss until coated.
- Spread out the vegetables in an even layer on a sheet pan. Bake until softened and golden brown in spots, about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place the pork chops on a second sheet pan and brush both sides with the reserved marinade. Sprinkle one side with the paprika. Toward the end of the vegetable roasting time, add the pork to the oven and cook until no longer pink in the middle, about 7 minutes. Sprinkle the pork and vegetables with the parsley.
RANCH-MARINATED PORK CHOPS
This is a quickie marinade I make up as I go along, but these measurements are pretty close. Goes well with a side of just about any vegetable, but I usually serve steamed fresh green beans.

Steps:
- Wash and pat dry pork chops with paper towel; poke several holes in them with a fork.
- In a shallow baking pan, mix together rest of ingredients.
- Place pork in marinade, turning to coat completely.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning at least once.
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Remove cover from pan, bake chops for about 30 minutes (or until done), turning at least once during cooking.
- Serve with baked potatoes, using cooked marinade and pan drippings to top.

- In a small bowl, add the Seasoning mix, together with the salt, pepper, and paprika and mix well. Liberally sprinkle the pork chops on both sides with the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the chops on a baking sheet or try with a rack. Bake the pork chops for 20 minutes, turning once until browned or an internal temperature of 160 degrees F is reached. Serve immediately.
