I also found this recipe online. It was so delicious and was so quick and easy to make. This recipe is good for those with busy schedules who want a shortcut in time for cooking, but not a shortcut in flavor! So delicious!!!

Steps:
- 1. BEAT pudding mix and 1 cup milk with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, cut cake horizontally into 2 layers with serrated knife.
- 2. STACK cake layers on serving plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers.
- 3. MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir until chocolate is melted. Add sugar and remaining milk; mix well. Spread over cake. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Steps:
- Prepare the cake mix using the egg, water and lemon extract, following label directions.
- Pour into a greased and floured 8 inch round cake pan (9 inch is too large and causes cake to be too flat).
- Bake at 350 degrees for time indicated on the cake package, or until the center of the cake springs back when lightly touched.
- Cool cake in pan on rack for 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan and cool completely.
- Prepare pudding mix with milk and vanilla and cook according to package directions.
- Cover with plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming on top and cool completely.
- Split layer cake, fill with cooled vanilla pudding, put cake back together and then frost with enough chocolate frosting to cover the top.
- Store in refrigerator.
