- Combine pumpkin, ice cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in a blender; blend until smooth. Add ice; blend until smooth.
- Place 1/3 of the graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of 2 small glasses. Fill glasses halfway with blended pumpkin mixture. Top with another 1/3 of the graham cracker crumbs. Pour in remaining pumpkin mixture. Top each glass with 1 tablespoon whipped cream and remaining graham cracker crumbs.

- Add all the milk shake ingredients except the ice cream into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses, garnish with whipped cream, ground nutmeg, and a Cinnamon Wafer Cookie shard.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9- by 13-inch cookie sheet.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient mixture. Spread the mixture thinly and evenly on the prepared cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool. Break into shards. Use as garnish for Pumpkin Milk Shakes.

- 1. While your coffee is brewing, pour almond milk in a mug and microwave for 1 minute. You want your milk to be piping hot. Pour hot almond milk into a blender. Add your pumpkin, spices, whey protein, vanilla extract and Torani syrup to the blender. Blend for 1 minute. You want your pumpkin mixture to be frothy. 2.
