½ cup canned pumpkin
½ cup vanilla ice cream
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
¾ teaspoon ground cloves
¾ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ cup ice
2 graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons whipped cream

Steps:

  • Combine pumpkin, ice cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in a blender; blend until smooth. Add ice; blend until smooth.
  • Place 1/3 of the graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of 2 small glasses. Fill glasses halfway with blended pumpkin mixture. Top with another 1/3 of the graham cracker crumbs. Pour in remaining pumpkin mixture. Top each glass with 1 tablespoon whipped cream and remaining graham cracker crumbs.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 eggs, separated, whites reserved for Cinnamon Wafer Cookies
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus more for garnish
4 cups vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream, for garnish
Cinnamon Wafer Cookies, for garnish, recipe follows
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
3 egg whites, beaten
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Add all the milk shake ingredients except the ice cream into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses, garnish with whipped cream, ground nutmeg, and a Cinnamon Wafer Cookie shard.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9- by 13-inch cookie sheet.
  • In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient mixture. Spread the mixture thinly and evenly on the prepared cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool. Break into shards. Use as garnish for Pumpkin Milk Shakes.

1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 scoop Dymatize Elite Gourmet Protein French Vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBS sugar-free Torani Cinnamon Vanilla or Pumpkin Pie syrup
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
8 to 12 ounces strong black coffee

Steps:

  • 1. While your coffee is brewing, pour almond milk in a mug and microwave for 1 minute. You want your milk to be piping hot. Pour hot almond milk into a blender. Add your pumpkin, spices, whey protein, vanilla extract and Torani syrup to the blender. Blend for 1 minute. You want your pumpkin mixture to be frothy. 2. - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • add the pumpkin purée, ice cream, milk, graham cracker crumbs, and pumpkin pie spice to blender and blend until smooth and silky, about 30 seconds. Pour into four glasses each 8 ounces. Garnish each with a dollop of whipped cream. Serves four.
