1 ½ pounds ground beef
2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can chili beans in sauce, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
1 (15.25 ounce) can southwest-style corn with peppers, drained
1 (15.5 ounce) can hominy, drained
1 (10 ounce) can mild enchilada sauce
1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning mix

Steps:

  • Preheat large, nonstick saute pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Place beef in pan (wash hands); brown 5-7 minutes, stirring to crumble meat, or until no pink remains. Stir in taco seasoning; remove meat from pan.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in slow cooker; stir in meat. Cover and cook on HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8 hours. Serve.

1 onion, chopped, divided
1 1/2 pound ground chuck beef
3 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 tespoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can ( 10.75 ounce) condensed tomato soup
1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes/sweet onions (undrained)
1 can (10 ounce ) milder diced tomatoes/green chiles (undrained)
1 can (16 ounce) chili beans in mild sauce (undrained)
1 can (15 ounce) black beans (drained)

Steps:

  • Remove ends and peel from onion; chop onion coarsely and divide in half. Preheat large saucepan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Place beef, chili powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and one-half of the onions in pan. Cook 4-5 minutes, stirring to crumble meat, or until meat is brown and no pink remains. Stir in remaining ingredients, including remaining one-half onions. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat to low; cook 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally, to blend flavors. Serve.
