1 pound milk chocolate candy coating, chopped
1 pound white candy coating, chopped
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 cups coarsely chopped pretzel sticks

Steps:

  • Line a 15x10x1-in. pan with foil. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coatings and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Stir in pretzels. , Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces.

2 cups sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup butter, cubed
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 package (12 ounces) pretzel rods
6 to 12 ounces white candy coating
6 to 12 ounces milk chocolate candy coating
3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts, optional

Steps:

  • In a large heavy saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup and butter; bring just to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, without stirring, 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until a candy thermometer reads 245° (firm-ball stage). Keep warm. , Pour 2 cups caramel mixture into a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Quickly dip each pretzel halfway into caramel; allow excess to drip off. Place on well-buttered baking sheets; let stand until firm. (Rewarm caramel mixture and replenish as needed.), In a microwave, melt white candy coating; stir until smooth. Dip half of the caramel-dipped pretzels into the white coating; return to baking sheets. Melt milk chocolate coating; dip remaining pretzels; place on baking sheets., Drizzle white-dipped pretzels with milk chocolate coating; drizzle milk chocolate-dipped pretzels with white coating. If desired, sprinkle with walnuts. Store in airtight containers.

1 (20 ounce) package miniature pretzel twists
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups dark brown sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
⅛ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet. Arrange pretzels in a single layer baking sheet.
  • Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Do not stir once the sugar syrup begins to boil. Heat to 244 degrees F (117 degrees C), or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a firm but pliable ball.
  • Pour hot mixture over pretzels; toss to coat evenly.
  • Bake pretzels in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Stir; continue to bake until crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and break into individual pieces. Cool on wire rack or parchment paper.
