- Drain pineapple chunks, reserving juice. Add water to juice to make 1 cup.
- In a saucepan combine juice mixture, catsup, vinegar, cornstarch, brown sugar, soy sauce, beef bouillon, and ground red pepper.
- Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
- Add pineapple and serve.

My daughter loves polynesian sauce for her chicken nuggets from Chik-fil-A. I searched a recipe for polynesian sauce and I found one and it is fairly close but it is really good. It is so easy to fix it.

- 1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. If it is too runny, sprinkle in a bit of cornstarch, but make sure to stir well.

If you prefer a sweeter sauce add in some sugar, adjust all ingredients to taste. This sauce goes great with ham or pork.

- In a saucepan combine the cornstarch with cinnamon and cloves; add in the reserved peach and pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate and water.

- Mix all ingredients, except for chicken, together.
- Place chicken in a glass baking dish.
- Pour half of the mixture on top of chicken.
- Marinate over night.
- The next day preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove chicken from sauce and place in baking dish.
- Pour the left over sauce on top of chicken.
- Bake for 1 hour.
