PINK STUFF RECIPE

- Place the pineapple with its juice in a medium saucepan.
- Add the jello and stir together.

- Add contents of the gelatin package to a medium bowl.
- Stir in boiling water with the jello until dissolved.
- Pour crushed ice into the bowl and stir until the ice has melted.
- Place into refrigerator for 10 minutes or until it begins to set.
- Pour crushed pineapple and juices along with vanilla pudding into a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add the strawberries, mini marshmallows and cool whip. Mix well.
- Use a spoon to break up the strawberry jello and add it to the Cool Whip mixture. Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

- 2. In large bowl add pineapple, cherries and Jello. Mix well.

PINK FLUFF
My mother has been making this form of ambrosia salad for years. To make blue fluff, substitute Blue Raspberry or Berry Blue Jell-O for the raspberry gelatin.

This is one of my all time favorites. It was very big at showers and any type of get-together back in the late 60's. Easy and very pretty.

- You will be using a 9x13 pan.
- Pour boiling water into gelatin, stir till completely dissolved.
- Add the pineapple, juice and all and the thawed strawberries. Stir.
- Sprinkle marshmallows on top till they cover the gelatin mixture.
- Put in frig till set.
- Beat the cream cheese and frozen whipped dairy topping together till well blended. Spread on top of gelatin mixture.
- Add nut and or cherries for decoration.
