Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking dish.
- Beat eggs and sugar in a large bowl until sugar is dissolved. Stir in pineapple, butter, raisins, and walnuts; stir in bread until well coated. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake in preheated oven until bread is fluffy, about 40 minutes.

This is one of the Zaar recipes that I adopted. I hope to make this soon as it looks like a dish my family would enjoy. I'll edit the recipe accordingly if needed.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine pineapple, milk and bread in mixing bowl.
- Stir together and let stand 10 min.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture into lightly oiled 9 x 9 in. baking pan.
- Last 3 ingredients are for glaze.
- Melt margarine .
- Add rum and brown sugar and stir just until sugar is dissolved.
- Spoon in thin layer over top of pudding.
- Bake for 25 min, top with almonds.
- Bake for another 15 to 20 min, or until top is golden brown and turning crusty.
- Serve warm.
RUM BREAD PUDDING
This Bread Pudding is delicious! I don't even like bread pudding because of the texture but this one is perfect.I made it in my Cakes, Custards, and Creams class.

Steps:
- Combine raisins and rum in small saucepan. Heat to just a simmer, cover and set aside.
- Use a portion of the butter to coat a 2" hotel pan. Reserve remaining butter.
- Tear the bread into chunks and place in a large bowl. Pour cream over bread and set aside until soft.
- Beat eggs and sugar until smooth and thick. Add vanilla, melted butter, raisins and rum.
- Toss egg mixture with bread gently to blend. Pour into the hotel pan and bake until browns and almost set, about 45 minutes.

RUM RAISIN BREAD PUDDING

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large saucepan, add milk, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, rum and raisins and heat until warm. Simmer and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Into a large bowl add the cubed bread and pour in the hot milk mixture. Let sit for 30 minutes so the bread absorbs the milk.
- Add the beaten eggs to the bread and milk mixture and stir. Pour bread pudding into a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish and bake for 50 minutes.

- Place bread on a baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 4 minutes; turn over and bake 4 minutes longer or until very light brown. Cut toasted bread into 1-in. cubes. Toss with melted butter; set aside., In a bowl, beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored. Add the pineapple, currants, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
