I'm asked to bring it to family gatherings all year long, so I always keep a batch or two in my freezer...just to be prepared."

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 cans (6 ounces each) unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups water
1 can (10 ounces) frozen nonalcoholic pina colada mix
1 tablespoon lime juice
3-1/2 teaspoons Crystal Light lemonade drink mix
6 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, water, pina colada mix, lime juice and lemonade mix; stir until drink mix is dissolved. Transfer to a 2-qt. freezer container. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. , Remove from freezer 45 minutes before serving. For each serving, combine 1/2 cup slush mixture with 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda.

1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime soda (such as 7-Up®)

Steps:

  • Mix pineapple juice, light rum, cream of coconut, and pink lemonade concentrate together in a large freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze pineapple mixture until icy and slushy, 4 to 6 hours.
  • Fill a glass halfway with slushy mixture and top off with lemon-lime soda to serve.

1 bottle pina colada mix
1 c vodka
1/2 c rum
lime, lemon, or orange slices
white cream soda (can also use 50/50 soda or 7-Up)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together pineapple juice, pina colada mix, vodka, and rum. Freeze overnight. (For convenience, I use clean plastic ice cream pails for this.)
  • 2. When time to serve, add 2 tablespoons (or desired amount) of slush to a glass and fill with white cream soda.
  • 3. Garnish with fresh tropical fruit.

  • In blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade, combine half each of the pineapple, cream of coconut and orange juice; blend until smooth.
