2 fluid ounces white creme de menthe
½ fluid ounce peppermint schnapps

Steps:

  • Fill a cocktail shake with ice. Pour vodka, creme de menthe, and peppermint schnapps over the ice. Cover cocktail shaker and shake; strain into a martini glass.

Chocolate martinis make a festive signature holiday drink. We dress-up the rim of the glasses by coating them with chocolate syrup, and then crushed Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Peppermint Bark.

1 teaspoon chocolate-flavor syrup or corn syrup
1/4 cup Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Peppermint Bark, crushed
1/4 cup small ice cubes
1/3 cup chocolate-flavored liqueur
1/3 cup Irish cream liqueur
1/3 cup vanilla-flavored vodka
1/3 cup crème de cacao
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract, if desired

Steps:

  • Lightly brush or rub rim of 2 or 4 (3-oz) stemmed glasses glass with chocolate syrup; dip in crushed cereal. If desired, chill in freezer.
  • Place ice in martini shaker or pitcher. Add all remaining ingredients. Shake or stir to blend and chill. Pour into glasses, straining out ice.

crushed peppermint candies as needed
coarsely crushed fudge mint cookies as needed
2 fluid ounces espresso-flavored vodka
2 fluid ounces peppermint-mocha coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua®)
2 fluid ounces 2% milk
1 fluid ounce brewed espresso
2 cups ice, or as needed

Steps:

  • Combine crushed candies and cookies in a shallow dish. Moisten the rims of two cocktail glasses; turn them upside down and dip into mixture to coat.
  • Pour vodka, coffee liqueur, milk, and espresso into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, then shake until frosty. Pour into glasses and serve.
