1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup green grapes
1 cup seedless red grapes
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 medium banana, sliced
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill until serving.

2 cups cubed fresh pineapple
2 large navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
1-1/2 cups green grapes
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 large banana, sliced
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup chopped almonds
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
Toasted sweetened shredded coconut, optional

Steps:

  • Combine the first seven ingredients; gently fold in yogurt. Refrigerate until serving. If desired, top with toasted coconut.

2 cans (17 ounces each) fruit cocktail
2 cans (20 ounces each) pineapple chunks
2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges
4 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant pistachio pudding mix
2 cups sour cream
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Chopped pecans, optional

Steps:

  • Drain fruit cocktail, pineapple and oranges, reserving 3 cups juice. Set fruit aside; pour juice into a 4-qt. bowl. Add pudding mix and mix until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Add whipped topping and mix until smooth. Fold in fruit; chill for several hours. Top with pecans just before serving if desired.
