1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
2 tablespoons water
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 egg
4 cups miniature marshmallows
PEANUT TOPPING:
1 package (10 ounces) peanut butter chips
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter, cubed
2 cups crisp rice cereal
2 cups salted peanuts
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, water, butter and egg until blended (batter will be thick). Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. , Bake at 350° for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake 2 minutes longer or until marshmallows are melted. Place on a wire rack. , In a large saucepan, combine the peanut butter chips, corn syrup and butter; cook and stir over medium-low heat until smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in the cereal, peanuts and vanilla. Spread over marshmallows. Cool completely.

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
2 tablespoons water
⅓ cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
4 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups peanut butter chips
⅔ cup light corn syrup
¼ cup butter or margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups crisp rice cereal
2 cups salted peanuts

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, water, butter, and egg until well blended. Spread into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven, and sprinkle the marshmallows over the top. Return to the oven for about 2 minutes, just to melt the marshmallows together. Remove from the oven, and place pan on a wire rack to cool.
  • In a saucepan, combine the peanut butter chips, corn syrup, and butter. Stir over medium-low heat until melted and well blended. Remove from the heat, and stir in the vanilla, rice cereal and peanuts. Spread in an even layer over the marshmallows. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 large egg, room temperature, lightly beaten
1/3 cup cold butter
TOPPING:
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
2/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
1-3/4 cups salted peanuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the peanuts, flour, oars, sugar, salt and baking soda; stir in the egg. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. 1/3 c butter softened
1 egg
4 c miniature marshmallows
peanut topping
1 pkg 10 ounce peanut butter chips
2/3 c corn syrup, light
1/4 c butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 c rice krispie cereal
2 c salted peanuts

Steps:

  • 1. Turn on oven to 350F and grease a 9 x 13 pan. in a bowl beat together the cake mix, water, butter and egg until well blended...{batter will be thick}
