PEANUT CLUSTER CANDY

Steps:
- Line baking sheets or counter tops with waxed paper.
- In a double boiler heat confectioners' coating until melted, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Pour in white chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Stir in peanuts and almond toffee bits.
- Remove from heat and drop by rounded spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool for an hour, or until hardened.

EASY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CLUSTER CANDY
Smooth and creamy, and oh so easy. The weights and measures may seem odd, but this is what I had in the pantry when I needed more candy for Christmas baskets. And it worked well.

Steps:
- Place peanuts in crockpot.
- Place remaining ingredients in crockpot.
- Set temperature to medium/high.
- Allow to cook in crock for one hour or until all chocolate is melted. Stir occasionally.
- Drop from Tablespoons onto wax paper to cool.
