This recipe is quick and easy to prepare and makes a great candy for holiday parties or just for munchy snacks.

⅔ pound vanilla flavored confectioners' coating
1 (11 ounce) package white chocolate chips
1 (12 ounce) can peanuts
½ (6 ounce) package almond toffee bits (e.g. Heath Bits O' Brickle)

Steps:

  • Line baking sheets or counter tops with waxed paper.
  • In a double boiler heat confectioners' coating until melted, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Pour in white chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Stir in peanuts and almond toffee bits.
  • Remove from heat and drop by rounded spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool for an hour, or until hardened.

Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cluster Candy image

Smooth and creamy, and oh so easy. The weights and measures may seem odd, but this is what I had in the pantry when I needed more candy for Christmas baskets. And it worked well.

Number Of Ingredients 4

10 ounces dry roasted salted peanuts
24 ounces chocolate almond bark
10 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

Steps:

  • Place peanuts in crockpot.
  • Place remaining ingredients in crockpot.
  • Set temperature to medium/high.
  • Allow to cook in crock for one hour or until all chocolate is melted. Stir occasionally.
  • Drop from Tablespoons onto wax paper to cool.
