3 cups fat-free milk or water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
2 large bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place milk and salt in a large saucepan; bring just to a boil. Stir in oats; cook until thickened, 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

1 cup quick oats
1 large ripe banana (mashed)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 to 3 teaspoons honey (optional)
sliced bananas, chopped peanuts and cinnamon (for serving)

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan set over medium heat, bring milk to a boil, watching carefully so that it doesn't boil over. Stir in oats, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cover for a few minutes. Stir in mashed banana, peanut butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Stir in honey, to taste, if desired. Top with sliced bananas, chopped peanuts, and additional cinnamon before serving.

½ cup peanut butter, natural
¼ cup honey
½ cup greek yogurt
¼ cup almond milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup almond milk
peanut, crushed, optional
muffin tin
muffin tin liner

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
