3 tablespoons peanut butter
6 (7 to 8-inch) flour tortillas
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 banana, thinly sliced
Nonstick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Spread peanut butter evenly over 3 of the tortillas. Top with strawberry and banana slices. Place remaining tortillas over fruit; press down.
  • Heat large skillet over medium heat until hot. Lightly spray top of 1 quesadilla with nonstick cooking spray. Place sprayed side down in hot skillet; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Spray top of quesadilla with cooking spray. Turn quesadilla; cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned and filling is thoroughly heated. Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Cut into wedges.

1 teaspoon butter
1 (10 inch) flour tortilla
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons grape jelly

Steps:

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Spread one side of the tortilla with peanut butter. Fold tortilla in half so that the peanut butter is on the inside. Place folded tortilla in the skillet, and heat 2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Slice into wedges, and dip in the jelly to serve.
