Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups boiling water
4 peach herb tea bags
2 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
1-1/2 cups cold club soda
1 can (16 oz.) peach slices, drained, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Pour boiling water over tea bags. Let stand 2 min. Remove tea bags; discard. Add tea to dry gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in club soda. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression). Stir in peaches.
  • Spoon into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving plate. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.

1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup fresh peaches, chopped
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream
2 egg whites

Steps:

  • Soften gelatin and water in top of a double boiler dissolve over hot water cool. Mix with peaches and powdered sugar. Whip cream. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in with whipped cream. Pour into an oiled mold and chill until set.
