6 bag Black Tea
1 pound Yellow Peach
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Water
3 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
6 cup Water
4 cup Ice
1 Peach
to taste Fresh Mint

Steps:

  • Peel and cut the Yellow Peach (1 pound) into small pieces.
  • In the saucepan over high heat, combine peach, Granulated Sugar (1 cup), Fresh Ginger (3 teaspoon), and Water (1 cup). Cook for about 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, use a potato masher to break down the peach. Keep stirring until it becomes a syrup with small chunks. Remove from heat and transfer to a container or a bowl. Set aside to cool down.
  • In a large jug, add Black Tea (6 bag) and tie them to the handles. Carefully pour Water (6 cup) into the jug. Stir and steep for 1-2 minutes.
  • In a glass, add about 2 Tbsp of cooled peach syrup depending on your preferred sweetness. Fill with Ice (4 cup) and pour in the tea.
  • Garnish your Iced Tea with Peach (1) and Fresh Mint (to taste).
