  • Combine 6 roughly chopped peeled peaches (about 5 cups), one 6-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, 1/4 cup gin and 1/2 cup ice in a blender. Blend until smooth (in batches if necessary). Pour into 4 glasses.

3 cups cold orange juice
2 cups frozen peach chunks
ice
½ cup peach-flavored bourbon liqueur (such as Southern Comfort ®)
½ cup peach schnapps
½ cup vodka
2 cups cold lemon-lime flavored soda

Steps:

  • Place orange juice, peach chunks, and ice in a blender; blend until smooth.
  • Pour peach-flavored bourbon liqueur, peach schnapps, and vodka into a large pitcher. Add orange-peach mixture; stir well to blend.
  • Pour soda slowly into pitcher to prevent foaming.

2 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp water
85g pecans
pinch cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Place 2 tbsp caster sugar in a small pan with 1 tbsp water. Heat for 2 mins, without stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Tip in 85g pecans and cook until the sugar turns golden brown and coats the nuts. Sprinkle over a pinch cayenne pepper, season with a little salt, then turn out onto baking paper, separating out nuts as much as you can. Leave to cool. Will keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
4 firm ripe freestone peaches, halved and pitted

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar and 2 cups water. Bring to a simmer, and cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar has dissolved. Add lemon juice and peaches. Simmer until peaches are tender when pierced with the tip of a knife, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and let stand until room temperature. Carefully remove skins from peaches, and discard. Transfer to a bowl, and refrigerate in poaching liquid until chilled.

1 large bottle (16.9 oz) sparkling mineral water, chilled (or 1 bottle organic sweet or sparkling white wine, chilled)
2 tbsp honey (or more to taste)
4 fresh organic peaches, juiced in an electric juicer (or peel, slice and puree peaches in a blender and strain juice using a mesh strainer)
4 sprigs fresh mint

Steps:

  • Combine half the sparkling mineral water and honey in a blender. Pour about 1/4 mixture into a martini shaker; add 8 ice cubes and the rest of the sparkling water. Shake. Using the martini strainer, pour into a martini glass until almost full. Drizzle peach juice over top to fill. Garnish with mint, pushed into the drink, and serve.

  • Combine all ingredients except the soda in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass and fill with soda.

1 1/2 c peach nectar
2 c water sparkling lime flavored
2 Tbsp sugar
4 tsp grenadine syrup
4 slice of peaches
4 lime slices
4 mint sprigs
4 skewer bamboo

Steps:

  • 1. Combine peach nectar and sparkling water in a 9 inch square baking pan. Freeze mixture 1 hour scraping with a fork every 15 minutes to make a slushy mixture
  • 2. Wet top of each glass, and swirl in sugar. Add 1 teaspoon grenadine to each glass and top with 3/4 cup peach nectar mixture. Garnish each with a skewer of peach, lime and mint. Serve immediately
