PEANUT BUTTER QUESADILLAS

My children love this delicious change from the average peanut butter sandwich. Even the grown ups love them!!

1 teaspoon butter
1 (10 inch) flour tortilla
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons grape jelly

Steps:

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Spread one side of the tortilla with peanut butter. Fold tortilla in half so that the peanut butter is on the inside. Place folded tortilla in the skillet, and heat 2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Slice into wedges, and dip in the jelly to serve.

This mash-up recipe combines peanut butter and jelly and s'mores to make dessert quesadillas they'll flip for!

1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
1/2 cup JET-PUFFED FUNMALLOWS Miniature Marshmallows
1 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, chopped
1 large banana, thinly sliced
4 tsp. grape jelly

Steps:

  • Spread peanut butter onto half of each tortilla; top with marshmallows, chocolate and bananas. Fold tortillas in half. Spray both sides with cooking spray.
  • Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. on each side or until chocolate and marshmallows are melted, and quesadillas are golden brown on both sides.
  • Cut into wedges; drizzle with jelly.

8 large burrito-size flour tortillas
1 four-ounce bar semisweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
1 small bag mini-marshmallows

Steps:

  • Heat a grill or grill pan. Place 4 tortillas on a clean work surface; scatter each with chocolate pieces and marshmallows. Place the 4 remaining tortillas on top, press them together to seal. Grill until tortillas are browned and chocolate and marshmallows are melted and gooey, about 30 seconds per side. Cut into wedges, and serve.
