I saw this on her show and it looked soo good! Tried it this morning and my son went NUTS! You've got to try this!

Steps:
- 1) preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2) put aluminum foil on bottom of baking sheet and put cooling racks on top.
- 2) mix brown sugar and chili powder together in a shallow dish.
- 3) dredge bacon through brown sugar mixture and lay on racks.
- 4) bake in oven for 20 minutes or more until crisp.
- 5) enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large plastic zip-top bag, combine brown sugar and mustard.
- Add bacon and toss to coat.
- Alternatively, you could mix the dijon and brown sugar in a medium bowl then add the bacon and mix around.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Place a cooling rack on the lined baking sheet.
- Put bacon on rack and use your fingers to spread on some of the sugar mixture left in the bowl, and roast in oven for 20-30 minutes.
- Let drain for a few minutes on the rack and serve.

SWEET CHICKEN BACON WRAPS (PAULA DEEN)
Hey you Paula Deen fans, she has a new magazine, "Cooking with Paula Deen"--this recipe is from the premier issue. It was so yummy looking, I couldn't wait to try it. I added another 15 minutes to the cooking time suggested (30-35 minutes) and It was just right, but oven temperatures vary, so check on it during the last few minutes of cooking time. I'm also going to add a few dashes of cayenne pepper next time for something hot and sweet!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
- Cut each bacon slice into thirds. Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with a wooden pick inserted on the diagonal starting where bacon seam overlaps.
- Stir together brown sugar and chili powder. Dredge wrapped chicken in mixture.
- Coat a rack and broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.

- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 425.
- Lay bacon on paper and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake 10 minutes then drain fat from pan (carefully!).
- Bake 5 to 10 minutes more, until it's as crisp as you like.
