PARTY ROASTED SHRIMP
My party roasted shrimp is flavorful, quick and easy to make for your next party or gathering. My family can never get enough of these.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the shrimp on a bowl.
- (Thaw shrimp ahead of time if frozen).
- Pour olive oil over shrimp.
- Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.
- Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Seasoning.
- (Seasonings can be adjusted to taste).
- Toss and let marinate in bowl for 10 minutes.
- Transfer marinated shrimp to a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for approximately 5 to 6 minutes.
- When it turns nicely pink remove from the oven - Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.

GARLIC & HERB ROASTED SHRIMP
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt the butter over low heat in a medium (10-inch) saute pan. Add the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and cook over low heat for one minute. Off the heat, zest one of the lemons directly into the butter mixture.
- Meanwhile, arrange the shrimp snugly in one layer in a large (12-inch) round ovenproof sauté pan (or 10 × 13-inch baking dish) with only the tails overlapping. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp. Sprinkle with the sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Slice the ends off the zested lemon, cut five (1/4-inch-thick) slices, and tuck them among the shrimp. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, just until the shrimp are firm, pink, and cooked through. Cut the remaining lemon in half and squeeze the juice onto the shrimp. Serve hot with the toasted bread for dipping into the garlic butter.
ROASTED SHRIMP COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on. Place them on a sheet pan with the olive oil, salt, and pepper and spread them in 1 layer. Roast for 8 to10 minutes, just until pink and firm and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
- For the sauce, combine the chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Serve as a dip with the shrimp.
GARLIC ROASTED SHRIMP

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on two 17-by-13-inch rimmed baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Roast the shrimp, turning once, until they are opaque and firm, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer the shrimp to a shallow dish and refrigerate, partially covered, for at least 3 hours. Serve with Green Goddess Dressing.
- Process the yogurt, mayonnaise, buttermilk, if desired, parsley, chives, basil, tarragon, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in a food processor 30 seconds or until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
ROASTED SHRIMP COCKTAIL LOUIS

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Dry the shrimp well with paper towels. Place them on a sheet pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper, toss well, and spread them out in one layer. Roast for 10 minutes, until firm and just cooked through. Set aside to cool.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice, horseradish, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Stir in the scallions and capers. Arrange the shrimp on a platter with the sauce in the middle for dipping. Offer a separate bowl for the discarded shrimp tails.
