12 strawberries

Steps:

  • Use a small paring knife to hull and core the strawberries, removing a bit extra from the center. Stuff each strawberry with a few pieces of Parmesan until filled. Lay the strawberries on a large platter and drizzle with the balsamic reduction.

6 KRAFT Provolone Cheese Slices, divided
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
8 large fresh basil leaves, divided
12 julienne-cut sun-dried tomato strips
1-1/2 cups CLASSICO Marinara with Plum Tomatoes & Olive Oil Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Garlic Aioli, divided
12 round buttery crackers, crushed
1/2 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/2 lb. broccolini
4 cups ORE-IDA Extra Crispy GOLDEN CRINKLES

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil. Fold additional 12-inch-long sheet of foil, then place on prepared baking sheet to divide into 2 sections as shown in photo. Spray prepared baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Cut 2 cheese slices in half, then cut lengthwise slit in thickest side of each chicken breast. Fill each slit with 1 basil leaf, 3 tomato strips and 1 cheese piece, folded in half.
  • Pour pasta sauce onto smallest section of prepared baking sheet; top with chicken. Reserve 2 Tbsp. aioli for later use; brush remaining aioli onto chicken. Combine cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan; sprinkle over chicken.
  • Place broccolini on other side of prepared baking sheet. Add remaining Parmesan and reserved aioli; mix lightly. Place GOLDEN CRINKLES next to broccolini.
  • Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and GOLDEN CRINKLES are crisp and golden brown. Top chicken with remaining cheese slices; bake 5 min. or until melted. Meanwhile, chop remaining basil leaves.
  • Sprinkle chopped basil over chicken before serving with the broccolini and GOLDEN CRINKLES.

3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
salt, to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 cups flour
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup oil, for frying
3 cups tomato sauce
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh basil

Steps:

  • Season chicken with salt.
  • Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  • Stuff the pockets evenly with the mozzarella cheese.
  • Press the edges of the chicken together to seal the pocket.
  • Separate the flour, eggs, and bread crumbs into 3 separate bowls.
  • Being careful to keep the chicken from opening, dip the stuffed chicken in the flour, shaking off the excess.
  • Dip the floured chicken into the egg, then the bread crumbs, coating it evenly.
  • Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  • Place ⅔ of the tomato sauce evenly on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the chicken on top.
  • Top with the rest of the tomato sauce, then sprinkle the parmesan and basil on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.

3 cups fresh strawberries (half or quartered if large berries)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 cup strawberry jam
sea salt or salt and pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 3 lbs)
3 ounces parmesan cheese
6 large fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F in a 3-quart baking dish combine strawberries, vinegar, and jam. sprinkle salt and pepper; set aside.
  • cut a horizontal pocket in each chiken breast. Cut Parmesan cheese into six 3x1/2inch pieces. wrap a basil leaf around each piece of cheese, and stuff into chicken. secure with toothpicks.
  • In 12 inch oven safe skillet cook garlic in oil over medium heat for 30 seconds. add chicken and cook 5 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. transfer to oven. bake uncovered for 5 minutes add baking dish with the strawberries and jam mixture to oven. bake 10-13 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and the strawberry mixture has thickened. serve chicken with melted strawberries.

2 cups flour
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups seasoned breadcrumb
1 cup oil, for frying
1 large baguette
10 slices mozzarella cheese
marinara sauce
⅓ cup butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Slice the chicken breast into ½ inch (1 ¼ cm) thick strips.
  • Place the flour, eggs, and bread crumbs into 3 separate bowls.
  • Roll a chicken strip in the flour, dusting off excess. Dip the strip into the egg, then place into the bread crumbs, coating it completely.
  • Repeat with the remaining chicken.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat to 350˚F (180˚C).
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180˚C).
  • Fry the breaded chicken strips until both sides are golden brown.

  • Remove the foil and serve with marinara!
