1 orange, peeled, sliced
1 mango, peeled, sliced
3 large carrots, peeled, shredded
1 ½ cups ice

Steps:

  • Place the orange juice, orange, mango, and carrots in a blender or food processor and blend until just combined.
  • Add in the ice and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

2 oranges, peeled and separated
1 mango, diced
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 cup milk or 1/2 cup nut milk

Steps:

  • Excluding the milk, combine all ingredients for each smoothie in a resealable bag and freeze. They can be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months!
  • Remove from freezer and pour right into the blender along with the milk. Blend until smooth, and add more milk if needed.
