ORANGE CREAMSICLE SALAD :)

Orange Creamsicle Salad :) image

This is a light and wonderful salad-- the addition of cottage cheese gives you some protein and makes it not quite as sweet. This goes great with BBQ'ed ribs or grilled burgers but I make it any time of year. It's SO easy to put together, you just mix it all in the same bowl and chill it for a few hours to set up.
