Steps:
- Place chicken pieces in a saucepan. Add fusilli, onions, celery, and carrots, ketchup, thyme, salt, and cayenne pepper. Pour chicken broth into pan.
- Place pan over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until vegetables soften and pasta is thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally, 25 to 35 minutes. Stir in parsley before serving.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line the bottom of a baking dish with aluminum foil; grease with cooking spray.
- Spread chicken drumsticks in the baking dish. Add potatoes, onion, and carrots. Pour chicken stock over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle paprika and seasoning blend on top. Cover baking dish with foil; poke a few holes in the foil with a sharp knife.
- Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is very tender, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
