1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
2 tablespoons mince garlic
1/3 cup mince onion
1 (10 ounce) can rotel
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon marjoram
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon honey

Steps:

  • combine all ingredients.
  • mix well.
  • preheat oven to 350.
  • shape into a 2in high loaf.
  • bake 50 mins
  • remove from oven add glaze to top and sides.
  • return to oven and back 10 more minutes.
  • let stand for 5 mins and serve.

2 pounds ground beef
1 package (6 ounces) Stove Top stuffing mix for pork
1 Cup water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 Cup barbecue sauce, divided

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except 1/4 Cup of barbecue sauce. Shape meat mixture into 4 oval loaves on foil-lined baking sheet. Top with remaining 1/4 Cup barbecue sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until centers is no longer pink.
