1 (26 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c three cheese alfredo sauce
1/2 c milk
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
2 Tbsp italian seasoning
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp seasoned pepper
1 tsp sodium-free salt
1 pkg frozen all-white meat chicken nuggets
1 pkg frozen tater tots
2 c shredded process american cheese
1 c blue cheese crumbles

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Prepare a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • 2. Mix cream of chicken soup,alfredo sauce,milk,dry onion soup mix,italian seasoning,garlic powder,seasoned pepper and sodium-free salt in a bowl.
  • 3. Layer 1 bag of frozen chicken nuggets into the bottom of the prepared casserole dish;top with frozen tater tots.Pour the chicken soup mixture evenly over the chicken nuggets and tater tots.Sprinkle shredded american cheese over the mixture;top with blue cheese crumbles.
  • 4. Bake in preheated oven until hot all the way through,about 1 hour.

How to make Chicken Nuggets and Potato Tots Casserole

Number Of Ingredients 6

20-25 Tyson chicken nuggets (or Tyson crispy chicken strips) - you want enough chicken nuggets to cover the bottom of your baking dish in a single layer
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables (such as a combination of peas, corn, carrots and green beans)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (32 ounce) bag frozen seasoned shredded potato tots

Steps:

  • Bake chicken nuggets according to package instructions, until crispy.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Place chicken nuggets in a single layer in the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Set aside.
  • Whisk together cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour sauce over chicken nuggets.
  • Top with a layer of frozen vegetables, then a layer of shredded cheese, and finally a layer of frozen seasoned shredded potato tots.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes (or until topping is crispy and golden brown and casserole is heated through).
