This is a rich and creamy side dish. Great for company, as it looks beautiful with peas in the center of the ring.

Steps:
- 1. Cream the cheese with the eggs, sugar and salt.
- 2. Stir in the noodles.
- 3. Turn into a buttered 8 inch ring mold.
- 4. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and butter. (optional)
- 5. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until browned. Unmold carefully.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Boil the noodles in salted water and cook about 10 minutes until tender. Drain and put into a well-greased ring mold.
- Melt the butter, add the flour and blend.
- Stir in the milk and continue cooking, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
- Add the seasoning and cheese cut in small pieces.
- Cook until cheese melts.
- Reserve 1/2 of the sauce to use later.
- To the remaining sauce, add the well beaten eggs and mix well.
- Pour over the noodles.
- Set mold in pan containing hot water and bake at 350-F about 45 minutes. Unmold on large platter, pour over the remaining hot cheese sauce and fill center with any desired vegetable, such as peas and carrots, spinach or asparagus tips.

EBO'S NOODLE RING

Steps:
- Melt 1/4 cup of margarine in bottom of 6-cup ring mold
- Sprinkle brown sugar over melted margarine, pressing into mold
- Arrange pecan halves into brown sugar to form pattern
- Combine cinnamon, salt, and sugar in a small bowl
- Cook noodles according to package directions and drain well
- Add remaining 1/4 cup margarine to noodles and stir until combined and slightly cooled
- Add dry ingredients to noodles
- Lightly beat eggs and add to noodle mixture
- Spread into prepared ring mold. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
EASY NOODLE RING

- Melt margarine in six-cup ring mold (bundt pan will do). Swish it around to coat the mold well. Drain off excess margarine into warm, drained noodles. Heavily coat bottom and sides of ring mold with crumbs. Combine noodles and excess margarine, raisins, and sour cream. Carefully spoon mixture into ring mold. Sprinkle more crumbs on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until well browned on top.

- Start Boiling water for the noodles and cook them as per directions. Make sure noodles are not too mushy nor too hard. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry Hamburger, Onion and Green Pepper then drain the grease. Mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan (or your choice) with cooking spray. Add all the ingredients into the pan and cook uncovered for 45 mins to 1 hour.
