Low Carb The "Crust" is soft so this is actually more of a casserole dish but the flavor is there. I used Minced Garlic from a Jar rather than Garlic Powder. For the Pizza Sauce I used leftover Kittencal's Pizza Sauce Recipe #65641 that had been frozen after a previous pizza prep . This recipe was Posted On Facebook by a Friend of a Friend of a Friend!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce (may need more to cover crust)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
mushrooms or bell pepper, etc

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper. With a handheld mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and parmesan cheese until combined. Spread into baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with cheese and toppings. Sprinkle pizza with garlic powder. Bake 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.

1 lb lean ground beef
2 c part skim mozzarella shredded and divided
1/2 c low-suger pizza sauce
diced canadian bacon
low-fat pepperoni
turkey pepperoni
onions, diced
green pepper, diced
mushrooms
your favorite pizza seasoning, to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350
  • 2. brown ground beef and drain. Place meat in mixing bowl with 1 cup of mozzarella.
  • 3. Spread the mixture into a pizza pan and top with pizza sauce.
  • 4. Top with rest of cheese and meat and bake 25 mins or until cheese is melted and brown
