1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 tablespoons whole milk
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. beat in sugar and peanut butter. Gradually add milk. Fold in whipped topping; spoon into the crust. Sprinkle with peanuts. Chill overnight.

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 T. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. whipping cream, divided
1 (6 oz.) prepared graham cracker pie crust
chopped peanuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar, and 1/4 cup of whipping cream with an electric mixer at medium speed until mixture is light and fluffy, about 4 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, beat remaining whipping cream, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar at high speed until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture to loosen it up; then fold in the remaining whipped cream.
  • Spoon peanut butter mixture into the graham cracker crust. Cover and chill at least 8 hours before serving.
  • Serve each slice with a sprinkling of chopped peanuts, if desired.
  • For the best texture result, stick with regular cream cheese rather than substituting lower-fat Neufchatel cream cheese.
  • You can substitute an 8-ounce container of Cool Whip for the homemade whipped cream, if you'd like. 25 whole chocolate sandwich cookies, such as Oreos
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
One 8-ounce package whipped topping, such as Cool Whip, thawed

Steps:
