Steps:
- In a medium pot set over medium heat, break up the cream cheese into chunks. Add the refried beans, salsa, and taco seasoning and mix together until well incorporated. Stir occasionally until smooth and heated through, adjusting the heat as necessary to prevent the bottom from burning.
- Stir in the grated cheese until melted, and then add the cilantro. Garnish with additional cilantro, if desired, and serve warm with tortilla chips.

- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the refried beans, taco seasoning, and 1/2 cup of salsa. Mix well and spread into the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish using a spoon or an offset spatula.
- Next, spread the sour cream evenly over the bean mixture, followed by the guacamole.
- Spoon the remaining cup of salsa evenly over the guacamole, then sprinkle the shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, and finally the black olives. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, lightly sprinkle with chopped cilantro and squeeze lime juice over the top. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!

- In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; transfer to a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until heated through, stirring once or twice. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.

NATE'S AMAZING BEAN DIP
Steps:
- Pre-work - chop garlic and onions finely - Chop tomatoes into little cubes - Chop cilantro finely - chop dried peppers very finely - chop jalepenos finely - Shread Cheese Mix 1. Heat a large sauce pan on medium, add olive oil. 2. Add Onions and Garlic. Simmer until softened. 3. Add ground beef 4. Add basalmic vinegar and a splash of olive oil. 5. Add black beans, jalepanos and various peppers. 6. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. 7. Cook until ground beef is grey. 8. Add refried black beans, mix in. 9. Pour in bottom of cooking bowl (recomend glass cassarole dish) 10. Add layer of both types of cheese. 11. Bake at 250 until cheese is bubbling. 12. Add layer of cilantro and tomatoes. 13. Add layer of both types of cheese. 14. Sprinkle cilantro on top. 15. Bake until cheese is bubbling on top.
