Number Of Ingredients 12

2 medium carrots, chopped
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 celery rib, thinly sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons canola oil
3 cups water
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Italian stewed or diced tomatoes, undrained
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 cup torn fresh spinach
2/3 cup cooked elbow macaroni
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In a 3-qt. saucepan, saute carrots, cabbage, celery, onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Add water, tomatoes and bouillon; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in spinach, macaroni and pepper; heat through.

2 medium carrots, chopped

3 cups water
14 1/2 ounces Italian-style diced tomatoes or 14 1/2 ounces Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 cup fresh spinach, torn
2/3 cup cooked elbow macaroni
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan saute carrots, cabbage, celery, onion, and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
  • Add water, tomatoes, and bouillon. Bring to a boil and reduce heatt. Simmer uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in spinach, cooked macaroni, and pepper, heat through. Serve immediately.

4 cups water
1 (1 2/3 ounce) package vegetable soup mix
1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans (rinsed & drained)
1 (16 ounce) can dark red kidney beans (rinsed & drained)
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can corn (drained)
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can green beans (drained)
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes (drained)
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 cups lean sirloin beef (cooked & cut into small cubes 1/4-inch approx.)
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

Steps:

  • In a large soup pan, bring water and soup mix to a boil over medium heat.
  • Add remaining ingredients, EXCEPT pasta and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add macaroni and cook through.

4 cups water
1 package (1.7 ounces) vegetable soup mix
1 can (15-1/2 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15-1/2 ounces) corn, drained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
2 cups cooked cubed beef, chicken or turkey
1 cup cooked leftover vegetables
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine water and soup mix; bring to a boil over medium heat. Add beans, corn, tomato sauce, meat, vegetables, celery, onion, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add macaroni; heat through.

2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 (10-ounce) package frozen baby lima beans in a pouch with butter sauce
2 (10 1/2-ounce) cans condensed beef broth
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can whole tomato, undrained, cut up
1 cup water
2 ounces uncooked vermicelli, broken into pieces (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
dash , ground red pepper flake, (cayenne)

Steps:

  • 1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and zucchini cook and stir until vegetables are crisp-tender.2. Remove frozen lima beans from pouch add to cooked vegetables.
