MASALA PISTACHIO SNACK MIX
This snack mix has it all: peanuts, pistachios, potato chips, pretzels, corn nuts, dried mango and a masala-coconut seasoning.

- Mix together the coconut, sugar, garam masala, curry powder, turmeric if using and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt in a small bowl and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil a rimmed baking sheet with the oil.
- Put the egg white in a large bowl and whisk until frothy. Add the peanuts, pistachios, pretzels, chips and corn nuts and toss to coat in the egg white. Add the spice blend and toss to coat.
- Spread the nut mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet.
- Stir the mango into the nut mix and transfer to a large bowl.
SESAME-PISTACHIO SNACK MIX
This snack mix is filled with superfoods including pistachios which are known to help with eyesight. It's a mix spicy with sweet flavors that will keep you snacking on superfoods for days!

- Preheat the oven to 325˚ and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk the egg white in a large bowl until frothy, then whisk in the sugar, thyme, chili powder, 1 1/4 teaspoons salt and a few grinds of pepper. Add the pepitas, pistachios and sesame seeds; toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake, tossing halfway through, until crisp and dry, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, add the wasabi peas to the warm snack mixture and toss. Let cool.
