- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix Crab Cake Mix and butter in small bowl. Set aside.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and Old Bay in medium bowl until well blended. Add crabmeat; toss gently. Spread in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with Crab Cake mixture.
- Bake 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with assorted crackers or sliced French bread.

Steps:
- Combine mayo, seasoning, capers, Worcestershire,and mustard.
- Gently fold in crabmeat.
- Gently fold in bell pepper, cucumber, green onion.
- Melt butter in a medium skillet; add breadcrumbs (Panko) and cook, stirring frequently, until golden brown and toasted, about 4 minutes.
- Serve crabmeat salad over mixed greens and top with toasted breadcrumbs.

- Directions: 1.In a large bowl, mix together the crackers, crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. The mixture should be wet. Divide the mixture into four equal portions; shape each portion into one crab cake. 2.Heat the vegetable oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Gently slide the crab cakes off a spatula into the hot oil. Cook until the crab cakes are golden brown on one side, about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip the crab cakes over to the opposite side, and continue cooking for another 4 to 5 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and allow to drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
