3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts, toasted

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, syrup and cinnamon until smooth; stir in walnuts. Chill until serving. Serve with bagels.

1/3 cup(s) raisins or craisins
1/2 pound(s) firm tofu
1/2 cup(s) pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon(s) tahini
2 teaspoon(s) all purpose flour
1/2 cup(s) very hot water
1/4 cup(s) vanilla soy yogurt
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon(s) maple extract
1/3 cup(s) chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Place raisins in a small bowl and pour the hot water over them; set aside. Place remaining ingredients, except the raisins and nuts in a blender or food processor. Blend well, scrape down sides if necessary.
  • Drain raisins and chop into small pieces or chop in blender. Add raisins and nuts to the tofu mixture and blend well.
  • Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Mixture will keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days or so.
