I found this in a cookbook of mine and it sounds great. Plus, it is alcohol free for those of us that do not drink any alcohol!

3 quarts dole pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 1/2 cups sparkling water

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the fruit juices and the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add the sparkline water and stir gently. Pour into a large punch bowl and add some ice to chill it.
  • Serve in punch cups.

64 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
1 cup dark rum
1 cup light rum
1/2 cup Cointreau liqueur or 1/2 cup Curacao
1/3 cup lime juice
ice (see note) or ice ring (see note)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Pour over ice in punch bowl and garnish with lime slices and fresh fruit or edible flowers.
  • Note - Fill a ring mold with water or pineapple juice the day before and freeze. This will keep your punch cold and is more attractive then just ice cubes.

2 (12 ounce) cans frozen pink lemonade concentrate
2 (12 ounce) cans frozen limeade concentrate
1 quart vodka
1 pint light rum
1 quart Mai-Tai mix

  • Add requied water to the frozen concentrates.
  • Add liqour and Mai-Tai mix.
  • Makes enough for 2 punch bowls.

1 liter orange juice
1 liter pineapple juice
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup almond syrup
1/2 cup grenadine
1 liter sparkling/seltzer water
ice
oranges, limes, cherries for garnish

Steps:

  • In a pitcher mix together orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and almond syrup.
  • You can keep this punch base in the fridge until party time.
  • Once ready to serve you can serve in individual glasses by adding ice to a cup, filling the cup 1/2 full of juice, adding a splash of grenadine and then topping it off with seltzer water and garnishing with fruit.
  • To serve in a big punch bowl, mix grenadine and seltzer water to juice and stir together, then add ice and fruit.
