1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped ham
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough, each cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons pizza sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray 8 muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Mix Cheddar cheese and ham together in a bowl; fold in biscuit dough pieces. Add pizza sauce and lightly mix. Spoon mixture into the prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until biscuits are puffed and browned, about 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from muffin cups.

  • Heat oven to 180degrees C
  • Mix the softened butter and the next five ingredients together in a large bowl, then stir in the flour and baking soda. Add everything else and mix, using a wooden spoon or your hand.
  • Shape with two spoons or put flattened rounds of mixture on baking paper lined trays, leaving space for spreading.
  • Bake in batches for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned then cool on a rack.
