From "The Original Nellie & Joe's Famous Key West Lime Juice" bottle label. A nice lighter version of the famous pie. No baking required. Cook time is chill time.

9 inches graham cracker crust
1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk (or low fat)
2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt (or low fat)
1/2 cup nellie & joe's key lime juice
2 teaspoons lime zest
1/4 cup water
2 (1/4 ounce) packages unflavored gelatin

Steps:

  • Whisk together milk, yogurt, lime juice and zest. Sprinkle gelatin over water and let soften for 2 minutes, then whisk into lime mixture.
  • Refrigerate 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to set. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate, preferably overnight.

I tried with rasberry jello and it also works! Can do with or without crust. I dip lowfat gram crackers into it instead of crust.

1/4 cup water
1 (3 ounce) package sugar-free lime gelatin (or any other flavor you want)
2 (6 ounce) containers key lime pie-flavor light yogurt (or any other flavor you want)
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Lite

Steps:

  • Heat water in microwave on high for 45 sec to 1.5 min until boiling. Stir in gelatin until to dissolved.
  • Combine gelatin with yogurt. Fold in cool whip.
  • Let set in fridge for at least 1 hours.

~1 box (0.3 oz) Lime Flavor Jello-O Sugar-Free Gelatin
~1/4 cup boiling water
~1 (8 oz) container fat-free whipped topping
~4 (6 oz) key lime pie flavor yogurts
~1 lime (sliced or curled zest) for garnish optional

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin packets into the boiling water--use wire whisk to ensure gelatin is completely dissolved. 2. Stir in yogurt with wire whisk. 3. Fold in whipped topping with wooden spoon. 4. Spread in pie crust. 5. Garnish with lime slices or curled lime zest. 6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
