OLD-FASHIONED MACARONI AND CHEESE

Steps:
- Cook macaroni in boiling water until almost tender; drain. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, melt butter. Stir in the flour, salt, mustard, pepper and pepper sauce until smooth. Cook for 1 minute or until bubbly. Stir in the macaroni, milk and 4 cups cheese. , Transfer to an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover; sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

NOTE: you can add less cheese if you like, my fam loves cheese as you can tell, I add chopped tomatoes to mine as no one likes it, I just mix them in on my plate YUMMMMMM

Steps:
- Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain
- In the same pot, on medium heat, add butter and melt, then add flour and mix with whisk quickly it will look like a paste, then add milk and continue to whisk till blended, add salt and pepper to taste, keep whisking on med heat till mixture has thickened.
- Remove from heat, add cheese and mix till cheese is all melted, add cooked macaroni and mix up really good. ~Enjoy~
