PINEAPPLE LIME PIE
This pie is easy to make and good for any occasion. My husband served in the military for many years and, as we traveled, I served this pie many times.

Steps:
- In a bowl, combine milk, lime juice and pineapple. Stir in food coloring if desired. Spoon into crust. In a small bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form; beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. Spoon over filling. Sprinkle with chocolate if desired. Chill for at least 8 hours.

EASY KEY LIME PINEAPPLE PIE
I can eat this whole pie! However, I do share it with my boys... and they LOVE it. Highly recommend. Learned the recipe from my late sister.

Steps:
- 1. Blend Pineapple chunks until juicy with pulp.
- 2. Place Pineapple juice (with pulp), sweetened condensed milk,frozen limeade concentrate, and heavy whipping cream in to a bowl of an electric mixer. Make sure you have the whisk attachment connected.
- 3. Mix until contents are mixed and fluffy.
- 4. Pour filling into the graham cracker crust. Smooth out the top.
- 5. Refrigerate at LEAST 4 hours. I generally keep it in the refrigerator over night.
- 6. Hide it from the kids and enjoy!
LIME-PINEAPPLE PIE

- 1. Place KELLOGG'S CRACKLIN' OAT BRAN cereal and margarine in food processor bowl or electric blender container. Process until cereal is broken into fine crumbs and margarine is thoroughly mixed. Press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom and on sides of 9-inch pie pan.2. Bake at 350°F for about 5 minutes or until crust starts to brown. Cool completely.3. In liquid measuring cup, drain pineapple set aside. Add water to liquid to measure 3/4 cup. Heat until boiling and dissolve gelatin in hot liquid. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.4. Prepare powdered whipped topping mix according to package directions, using milk and omitting vanilla. Fold topping and pineapple into slightly thickened gelatin mixture. Pour into cooled crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Serve garnished with additional topping, if desired.
