Efficiency expert Rachael Ray saves time without skimping on flavor. The box-mix batter gets mixed in a single bowl and dressed up with extra chocolate and nuts. Ground coffee beans make the cookies pleasantly crunchy too.

KAHLUA CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS
This is a very easy recipe. I made these bars many years ago. I dug up this old recipe and tweaked it a little bit. I love chocolate chip cookies. These bars are delicious. They are a bar cookie with a delicious brown butter frosting. Great dessert for the holidays or any time.

I know, I'm going Rachael Ray crazy. But just look at these! Don't they make you drool? She spelled them "Kahluha", but I just changed it to the usual spelling.
