Simple yet delicious red wine sangria for fall and winter made with brandy, vodka, and apple cider.

2 (750ml) bottles red wine
4 cups apple cider
1 cup orange juice
1 cup apple vodka
1 cup brandy
3 cinnamon sticks
2 apples (large diced)
2 oranges (sliced)

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher add chopped fruit and cinnamon sticks. Add wine, apple cider, orange juice, vodka, and brandy. Stir well.
  • Place in refrigerator and let sit for about 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally when juice settles, to let flavors combine.
  • Pour sangria with fruit in wine glass for serving, or over ice if desired.

1/3 cup cabernet sauvignon ((sutter home is authentic))
1 1/4 oz Shakka apple liqueur ((or sour apple pucker))
1/2 oz grenadine
1 1/2 oz cranberry juice cocktail
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
Sierra mist or lemon lime soda
ice cubes
2 green apple balls ((use a melon baller))
1 orange wedge
1 lime wedge
1-2 maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • Fill glass with ice cubes, then add wine, apple liqueur, grenadine, cranberry juice cocktail, and pineapple juice. Top off with lemon lime soda.
  • To a small kebab skewer or sturdy toothpick, skewer apple ball, cherry, then another apple ball. Add to drink along with orange and lime wedges.

2 quarts fresh apple juice (from 16 red apples, cored but not peeled) plus 1 apple, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh lemon juice (from 6 lemons) plus 1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 quart fresh orange juice (from 10 oranges) plus 1 orange, thinly sliced
1 bottle (24 1/2 ounces) sparkling white-grape juice chilled

Steps:

  • In a pitcher, combine the apple and lemon juices immediately after juicing to keep the apple juice pink. Stir in orange juice; cover, and chill. Just before serving, add grape juice and sliced fruit.
