1 pound Ground Pork
1 pound Ground Beef
3 Medium Onions Chopped
1 quart Canned Tomatoes
1 small can Pimentoes
1 Green Pepper
1 can Mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms)
1/2 pound Cream Cheese
1 large package Egg Noodles

Steps:

  • Boil Egg Noodles, Drain, and set aside. In a skillet, add ground pork, ground beef, onions, green pepper, pimentoes, mushrooms, and canned tomatoes. Cook 1/2 hour, then drain off grease. Add 1 cup of water and the Cream Cheese. Stir until Cream Cheese is mixed in. Then combine Egg Noodles and mix together. Then pour into Casserole Dish, and bake in oven 25 minutes at 350.

1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (28 ounce) can water
1/2 lb elbow macaroni

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper, 1/2 cup water and salt until it's no longer pink and most of the water has evaporated.
  • Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine and cook covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook additional 5 minutes uncovered to thicken.
