JARLSBERG CHEESE SPREAD

A very easy but DELICIOUS cheese spread. We serve this at holiday time with crackers ... SOOO GOOD !! It came from a very nice lady that works in a local grocery store deli. I sometimes even spread it on a nice slice of baguette and broil it in the oven until it's melty and a bit browned.... Truth be told .. I like it best served...

JARLSBERG SPREAD

Jarlsberg Spread image

This is from Everyday Food and generally gets inhaled wherever I bring it. It's pretty fast to throw together as written, but it even works well with bagged, pre-shredded cheese of just about any variety. This is delicious made ahead and refrigerating until you're ready for it.
