JAPANESE PINK SAUCE
I got this recipe from my girlfriend Cher-she said not to let any one ingredient drown out the others. When put together it should be a taste of its own, DO NOT use Miracle Whip.

Steps:
- Start with the 1 cup mayo and then whisk in the ingredients in order of listing-taste before adding salt and adjust any seasonings.
- You should not be able to taste any one ingredient.
THE PINK JAPANESE SAUCE
If you love the pink suace that is served with shrimp at Japanese restaurants then you'll really want to try this recipe. I eat it with all the meats that I prepare.

- 1. Add all of the ingredients to the mising bowl and thoroughly stir to combine.
- 2. Cover bowl & place into the refrigerator for at least four to six hours. If you can let it stand overnight then that is best as it allows all of the flavors to meld together.
- 3. You can serve this sauce either cold or at room temperature
