This raspberry crisp is a tasty, relatively quick treat! Serve it with your favorite vanilla ice cream.

4 cups fresh raspberries
⅓ cup white sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup quick-cooking oats
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup cold butter, cubed

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Gently toss raspberries with sugar and flour in a large bowl. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  • Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and coconut in another large bowl. Cut in cold butter with 2 knives or a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Lightly sprinkle the crumb mixture over the berries.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool.

4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup plus 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cold butter, cubed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, gently toss raspberries with sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Transfer to a greased 9-in. square baking dish. , In another large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar and remaining flour; cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over berries. , Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

These cookies are ones that will keep you coming back to the cookie jar! If you love Apple Pie or Apple Crisp these little buggers are a piece of Heaven! Great for cookie trays for the holidays too! Cooking time is per sheet of cookies.

1 cup Butter Flavor Crisco or 1 butter-flavor Crisco stick
1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 -8 tablespoons water
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling, finely chopped
1/2 cup pecans or 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375.
  • Grease baking sheet with Butter Flavor Crisco.
  • Cookies:.
  • Combine Butter Flavor Crisco, brown sugar and vanilla in lg. bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
  • Combine oats flour, baking soda and salt. Add alternately with water to creamed mixture stirring with spoon. Mix well after each addition. (Mixture will be crumbly, but will hold together when shaped into a.
  • small ball) Add additional water if necessary.
  • RESERVE 1 cup of crumb mixture for topping.
  • Shape remaining dough into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on a greased baking sheet.
  • Flatten to 1/8" thickness with floured bottom of glass. Smooth edges.
  • Bake at 375, for 5-7 minutes, or until light brown around edges are firm. Remove from oven.
  • Cool on baking sheet about 5 minutes.

  • Place 1 measuring teaspoonful of apple filling in center of each cookie. Spread carefully to cover.
  • Combine 1 cup reserved crumbs and finely chopped nuts in a small bowl. Toss until mixed.
  • Sprinkle over apple filling.
  • Return to oven.
  • Bake 5 minutes or until topping is light brown.
  • Cool 1 minute before removing to cooling rack.

Make these easy raspberry honey flapjacks using just five ingredients. Serve with a cuppa for a perfect mid-morning pick-me-up, or freeze for a later date

150g butter
150g light brown soft sugar
4 tbsp honey (we used heather honey)
300g porridge oats
100g frozen raspberries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and line a 20 x 20cm baking tin with parchment. Melt the butter, sugar, honey and a pinch of salt in a pan. Once the mixture is bubbling and combined, stir in the oats.
  • Tip the oat mixture into the lined baking tin and press down with the back of a spoon. Scatter over the raspberries, then lightly press them into the oat mixture. Bake for 25-30 mins until golden brown. Leave to cool, then cut into 9 or 12 flapjacks.
