ITALIAN DRESSING CHICKEN RECIPE
This crispy baked Italian dressing chicken is not only delicious, it is also super easy to make! It is prepared using only 3 ingredients that you already have on hand. You need to add this to your weekly dinner menu, it is definitely a crowd pleaser!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat the bottom of a casserole dish with some Italian Dressing.
- Pound your chicken until it is about 1/4 thick.
- Dip your chicken into a bowl of Italian dressing, then roll it in a bowl of instant potato flakes. (Don't coat your chicken with too many potatoes or it will be all you taste!)
- Place chicken in the casserole dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Remove from over and sprinkle with fresh parsley flakes, optional.

This is a simple, low fat marinade I use on my chicken. Its very flavorful but feel free to add anything you want to it. I use cut up potatoes to cook with mine.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash chicken, remove anything from cavity and pat dry. Place chicken in roasting pan or glass baking dish. Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken. Add potatoes to the pan and cover with aluminum foil. Put into oven cook for an hour and a half and then remove foil return to the over for another half an hr or until skin is crispy.

- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Cover 2 baking sheets with foil; spray lightly with cooking spray. Toss chicken with half the dressing in medium bowl. Combine next 3 ingredients and remaining dressing. Place chicken and vegetables on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake 25 min. or until chicken is done (165°F) and vegetables are tender, turning vegetables after 15 min.
- Meanwhile, prepare Dinner as directed on package using the Light Prep directions. Stir in chipotle peppers. Serve with chicken and vegetables.

- To Marinate: Pour salad dressing into a large, resealable plastic bag. Add chicken breasts, seal bag and shake to coat. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight (the longer you marinate, the more taste the chicken will absorb).
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Remove chicken from bag, discarding remaining marinade. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Note: Turn chicken occasionally while baking.
