2 boneless pork loin steaks, cubed
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (15 ounce) can chopped tomatoes, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can cannellini or 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans, drained
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
8 ounces fresh spinach leaves, torn

Steps:

  • In deep saucepan, brown pork in small amount of oil. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, beans, and onion; bring to a boil.
  • Turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes; stir in the spinach and cook 2 minutes more.
  • Serve topped with grated parmesan or romano cheese.

This is a wonderful recipe to serve soon those chilly days that seem to never go away at this time of the year. This is so good and hearty and uses ingredients that you would normally have on hand anyway. I love soup even if the weather isn't nippy. Hope you will enjoy this recipe

2 medium boneless pork chops, cut into cubes
1 tsp cooking oil
1 can(s) (15 oz) petite tomatoes, undrained
2 can(s) 14 1/2 oz. chicken broth
2 Tbsp dried minced onions
1 can(s) (15 oz) great northern beans, drained
8 oz fresh spinach leaves, torn

Steps:

  • 1. In a deep saucepan, brown the pork in cooking oil. Add all ingredients except spinach. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the torn spinach and cook for 2 more minutes. It's delicious topped with grated Parmesan cheese and served with warm and crusty Italian bread

3 10 oz cans Campbell's Chicken broth
1 14 oz cans of Great Northern Beans
1 14 oz cans of petite diced tomatoes
2-3 cups diced ham
1 8 oz packages of fresh spinach ( chopped )
1/4 cup dried minced onions
3/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 Tbl garlic salt

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients into large pot except for spinach and cheese. Bring to boil then let simmer for 30 min... Add spinach & cheese......ready in 5 min
