- In deep saucepan, brown pork in small amount of oil. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, beans, and onion; bring to a boil.
- Turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes; stir in the spinach and cook 2 minutes more.
- Serve topped with grated parmesan or romano cheese.

- 1. In a deep saucepan, brown the pork in cooking oil. Add all ingredients except spinach. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the torn spinach and cook for 2 more minutes. It's delicious topped with grated Parmesan cheese and served with warm and crusty Italian bread
